I founded Realty Runners after noticing a huge gap in the real estate market.
Many realtors need help with tasks but don't want to hire a full-time assistant.
Or they have an assistant, but the assistant isn't up for the task.
My company offers an affordable solution through monthly assistant subscriptions. We complete tasks for busy realtors so they can focus on SELLING.

How it works
- Every month you will have an allotted amount of tasks available based on your package level.
- One task credit is good for one task.
- When a task comes up, message the Realty Runners team to notify them (text, email, DM, whatever works!).
- Your Runner will confirm the task is in their schedule and ready to be completed.
- Your Runner will let you know once a task has been completed and provide photos/signatures when necessary.
- Run out of task credits?
- Extra tasks will be charged at $40/task.
- Or upgrade package and only pay the difference between your current package and next package.
Policies
- Credits cannot carry over into the next month.
- Full payment must be received before any task is to be completed.
- Any task that takes over an hour to complete will be charged as 1 task/hour. For example, a 75 min return drive to pick up a cheque will be charged as two credits.
- We require at least 24 hours' notice for any task.
- Any urgent same day tasks will be charged as two credits.
- We also require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel a task without being charged a full task credit.

As a small business, we appreciate the usage of e-transfer and cash. We will send you an invoice and/or receipt for your records.
Referral Program
Know a realtor who might be interested?
Once your referral has completed one month, you will get 10% off your next month.
Refer more than one person? Discount = amount of people referred x 10%. For example, refer three people and receive 30% off your next month.
